This site has no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party marketing trackers. There is no newsletter signup and no Calendly or similar booking widget.

You may use the contact form on this site, or email ivan@ivypay.biz. Phone numbers are not published as a primary contact channel on the site.
What we process
When you submit the form or email us, we process: name, email address, company name (if provided), message content, and technical metadata needed to deliver the submission (e.g. timestamp, approximate IP as logged by the form host for security/spam control).
Purpose and legal basis
We use these data solely to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote or engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract; Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in ordinary business correspondence and fraud/spam prevention). We do not use form submissions for advertising, profiling or newsletters.

Processors / international transfers
Website hosting and the contact form are provided by Netlify, Inc. (USA) as a processor on our behalf. Where personal data are transferred to the United States, Netlify relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as described in Netlify’s own privacy/DPA materials. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics suites on this site.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up engagement, and to meet applicable retention or dispute needs — typically up to 3 years from the last meaningful contact, unless a longer legal duty applies. Spam/honeypot hits may be discarded sooner.
Your rights
- No marketing checkbox and no pre-ticked consent on this site.
- You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and (where applicable) portability, and lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
If we later add newsletters, marketing pixels or non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and add a consent banner where required.
